- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees F.
- Line 2-3 baking sheets with foil and spray with non-stick spray.
- Slice mandarins into very thin slices with a sharp knife or a mandolin.
- Place citrus slices onto the pans a few inches apart. Sprinkle with sugar and bake, periodically rotating the baking sheets. Bake for 2-2 1/2 hours or until the slices are dried.
- Poke a hole in the centers once they have dried and string with twine.
