Dried Mandarin Garland

Makes 1 bowl




  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees F.
  2. Line 2-3 baking sheets with foil and spray with non-stick spray.
  3. Slice mandarins into very thin slices with a sharp knife or a mandolin.
  4. Place citrus slices onto the pans a few inches apart. Sprinkle with sugar and bake, periodically rotating the baking sheets. Bake for 2-2 1/2 hours or until the slices are dried.
  5. Poke a hole in the centers once they have dried and string with twine.
