2 fl oz bourbon
1 tsp maple syrup
3 dashes of bitters
2 tsp mandarin juice, strained
- Add the bourbon, maple syrup, bitters and mandarin juice to a rocks or low ball glass. Stir to combine. Fill the glass with a large ice cube block or fill with regular ice. Gently stir together once more.
- Express the oil of a mandarin peel over the glass and then drop it in. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and rosemary sprig.
