Mandarin Whiskey Sour

Serves 1


2 fl oz bourbon or whiskey
1 fl oz freshly squeezed mandarin juice
1fl oz simple syrup
1 egg white
Luxardo maraschino cherry


  1. Place the bourbon or whiskey, mandarin juice, simple syrup and egg white into a cocktail shaker and dry shake without ice first for 10-20 seconds.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake again until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with cherry and mandarin slices.
