1 qt. Blanco (silver) tequila
1 dekopon, sliced
1 jalapeno, thinly sliced
2-3 sprigs of rosemary
- Slice dekopon and jalapeno thinly and place into a clean glass jar. Pour in tequila and top with rosemary sprigs. Seal jar with an airtight lid.
- Store in a cool, dark place for at least 12 hours and up to 48. Strain tequila with a fine mesh sieve and discard dekopon slices, rosemary and jalapeno. Seal in a clean jar and store in the refrigerator.
